Happy 2017

2016 was one hell of a year! In and amongst the global political, financial and environmental turmoil, it is more important than ever that we find ‘balance’. We need to be grounded, strong and complete so that we can support ourselves and those around us through the good and the bad times.

Yogi’s believe that the what happens in our world is a manifestation of our collective consciousness. What happens in our lives is affected by how we process and react to it.  Yoga teaches us to become self aware and to choose the way we react rather than being a slave to old wounds and thought patterns. It helps us to become aware of and release patterns of thought and behaviour that no longer serve us.
