The People


Saskia Anley is an avid traveller who grew up on 3 continents. After a masters degree in Social Anthropology in London, she moved to the States were she spent 5 years instructing Outward Bound courses. Her 30’s were spent back in the UK, directing and producing short films. She made an award winning ski documentary and many films on dance and  Steiner education. In 2007 she moved to the Alps with her 2 kids and set up La Source offering holistic, healthy holidays to families and individuals.  Saskia is an avid yogi, yoga teacher and has been practicing for 20 years.


Niel Baxter is a free spirit who has been several time world champion in many water sports disciplines. He is a runner, biker, kayaker, skier and has spent his life practicing and coaching sport to a world class level around the globe. He has set up white water companies and  is a talented sports equipment designer designing canoes and paddles for Olympic teams. Neil is a warm, sociable, inspiring and intuitive Scot who runs our outdoor fitness programmes.



Natalie Fasano is one of those rare beings who just emanates  loves and warmth! Natalie is a vibrant and fun loving Canadian. We met Natalie when she was doing her Masters in Holland. Her subject was eco tourism and ‘La Source’! She spent almost a year working  with us in the early days. Natalie is now actively involved in community outreach programs based on nature, culture and community. She has practiced Tae Kwon Doe for over a decade and is a passionate Yogi, Skier and Outdoor enthusiast.



Thilo Keller, Yoga Teacher and Life Coach Thilo threw himself into this incarnation in 1972 in Berlin. Since his early child-hood he loved to move – through play, sport and dance! For a while he was side tracked into studying Communications at the University of Fine Arts in Berlin and worked in that field for more than 7 years. When he realised that he did not come here to sit in offices for a whole cycle of life, he started to learn more about bodywork and Yoga. He is now a highly qualified advanced yoga instructor, Systemic life coach and NLP Practicioner and fitness trainer. He has a passion for vegetarian and vegan cooking and a great knowledge of nutrition.


Daniel Ludevig , Music & Dance – Dan has studied classical piano since the age of 7 and has always been surrounded by music and rhythm. He trained in ballroom latin dance in Boston, whilst studying psychology and economics. During this time he performed a variety of Latin dances including Cha-cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive and Paso-doble. He continued his dance studies and performances in New York under salsa legend Jimmy Anton and with the dance troop “Casa de la Salsa”.  Always looking for good conversations, Dan views dance as an alternative language. Dan teaches dance with a focus on personal growth through movement. He is happy to teach in English, Russian, Spanish or German.
