Our History and People

I have never been anywhere where you feel so at home straight away. I will always remember this week.’

Eva, Paris

La Source started running sustainable adventure sports and yoga holidays in 2007 from an eco renovated farm in Samoens.

Within a few months, there were articles about La Source in the The Guardian and The Independent, Elle, Marie Claire, etc.. We ran trips back to back and were full every week! Guests often had powerful experiences and some came back several times in one season.

The founder, Saskia, an Outdoor Educator, Yoga Teacher and filmmaker, brought together her love of Nature – Adventure – Healthy Living and a strong sense of Community.

In 2011, the eco-lodge was sold and La Source expanded its locations and venues and continued to run life enhancing holidays.
